Warranty repairs may take up to 21 working days unless stated otherwise. Warranty periods start from the date of purchase (invoice date).

Note: Warranties are void if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering.


What You'll Need to Claim Warranty

Please provide your original receipt from our website or store. This is required for all warranty claims. Without it, we cannot proceed with a claim.


Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Liquid damage (spills, water exposure)
  • Physical damage (cracks, drops, burns)
  • Theft or fire damage
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect operation
  • Improper or unauthorized installation
  • Incorrect voltage or power surges
  • Exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or corrosion
  • Use of non-authorized or incompatible parts/accessories
  • Software issues including viruses or forgotten passwords
  • Self-attempted repairs or third-party tampering
  • Micro SIM damage where device is not micro-SIM compatible

Important: Any product that has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by a third party without TechCrazy’s authorization will not be eligible for warranty support.


 Special Note for Car Audio Products

All car audio products must be professionally installed. Manufacturer warranty will be void if damage is caused by improper installation or power surge.

A valid installer invoice/certificate is required for all warranty claims.


General Conditions

  • A $49 inspection fee applies for warranty claims involving physical or liquid damage.
  • TechCrazy retains ownership of goods and parts until full payment is received.
  • Any parts installed during repair remain TechCrazy’s property until payment is made in full.
  • We are not liable for data loss during repair. Please back up your data prior to service unless agreed in writing.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 30 days of repair completion, we reserve the right to retain the device in lieu of payment.
