Absolutely AMAZING service! Cant thank these guys enough. My Sister is in Hospital with family in Auckland, i called and bought a replacement phone online and they organised delivery to the Ward within a couple of hours and bought the old one back to store for repair. Thanks guys for going out of your way to be helpful , really appreciate it, totally recommend using Tech Crazy
Purchased from TechCrazy during their Black Friday promo which was amazing. Great communication and quick delivery. One item had an internal problem and had to send back to them to check/ fix. To say their communication was exceptional and they kept in touch with me through the whole process and dispatched a replacement when it wasn’t fixable. Really amazing customer service, will be ordering from them in the future.
Fast delivery . Phone has no marks or scratches and is in immaculate condition for a 2nd hand ph. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks
Very approachable and knowledgeable. We appreciated the great service they gave us when buying our daughter her IPhone. Thank you
Done an online order and received it so quickly although it was 2 part parcel I was too eager to wait another day and drove to Papatotoe store. I had called in earlier to change to pick up and staff helped immediately for pick up. I felt I was a bit a dramatic person having to change my mind etc but staff were understanding and VERY helpful. I highly recommend TechCrzy NZ
Thank you for the hassle-free trade & very prompt delivery, recommended seller! A+++++
